While you’re reading this blog post, I’ll probably be doing some yoga exercises!
Yep, this lucky girl is spending a whole week in the quaint little town of Les Tourettes (near Bétaille/France). In fact this is the third time already my sweet and longtime friend Karin and I will be on this yoga-trip.
With a group of around 10 people we stay in this beautiful little château. Our days start with early morning yoga lessons and a scrumptious breakfast.
After that we can do whatever we want ….. go for a walk to the Dordogne river, take a bike, hike or…… crochet, read, enjoy the sun and pool at the château.
Later in the afternoon there’s a second yoga session, often in the yard, followed by an always delicious dinner.
It’s the combination of great company, zen-yoga and meditation, beautiful surroundings and being pampered to the max that brings home an all new, refreshed Marianne after a week like this – lucky girl indeed!
No surprise this week’s Treasury Tuesday is all about yoga-related crochet!
The two that caught my eye:
Wishing you an equally great week: namasté!
Love,
Marianne xx

You have every reason to be envious, Sheila – it’s just a slice of heaven down there and that, together with the yoga, camaraderie, wonderful meals ….. ah, bliss ….
